The staff in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening needed some customer care training and supervision. The reason for bread running out was that the shop had run out even though the hotel was 2 minutes away from a supermarket. The Bain Marie at breakfast was turned off meaning that the guests were treated to cold scrambled eggs and sausages. The coffee machine was not topped up meaning black coffee or no coffee. The wrong orders arrived at the table in the evening meaning the main courses arrived completely dried it and almost inedible. I would say that the local cafe produced far better food at a far more reasonable rate.
There is no bar, you buy the drinks from reception.
